Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician Medical Director Host, Germavoice Podcast
What I Bring to CAPBC

I bring to CAPBC the clinical training of a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, the platform of the Germavoice Podcast, and the convening instinct of someone who has spent years organizing health equity work across the African diaspora in South Florida.

For our community, what that means in practice is a President who can answer a member's health question with real clinical authority, who knows how to build coalitions across Cameroonian and broader African-diaspora networks, and who brings two consecutive years of recognition as one of South Florida's Top Black Healthcare Professionals into every room I enter on our behalf.

My focus for CAPBC is turning that clinical and convening work into programs you can actually use: mentorship pipelines for younger Cameroonians entering healthcare, women's empowerment initiatives that meet families where they are, and cultural programming that keeps the next generation tethered to home.

Germavoice Podcast

Honest conversations about health, family, work, and community, with a focus on the systems that shape everyday life and the solutions everyday people are building. I listen before telling, and I explore alongside rather than prescribe.

Skill set
Clinical authority
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, with Medical Director experience inside the systems where decisions about community health actually get made. I bring that authority to every CAPBC conversation that touches the health and wellbeing of our families.
Public platform
I host the Germavoice Podcast, where I have honest conversations about health, family, work, and community. Author and educator. The platform exists so that the conversations our community needs to have happen out loud, not behind closed doors.
Convening & coalition
Years of organizing health equity work across the diaspora taught me how to bring people across organizations, cultures, and disciplines to the same table. That skill comes with me to CAPBC.
